mosh doesn't like forged/proxied ssh hosts - ie. mosh
instance-name.pmtpa.wmflabs doesn't work when instance-name.pmtpa.wmflabs
doesn't really resolve to something locally. If mosh-server is installed on
bastion we can just mosh to bastion then ssh to instances.
