On behalf of the community, I am requesting the creation of a "Projet" and
"Discussion Projet" namespaces for the French Wikivoyage. This name space is
already used on many pages as:

http://fr.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Projet:Cartographie
http://fr.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Projet:Guide
