Steps to reproduce :
1)Access the first page and click Edit link
2)Check tool tips for 'Link' , 'Table' and 'Search and replace' icons
<<They are in English>>
3) Click on Each icon
<<Text in dialogs are in English>>
Expected Outcome:
All text in Tooltips, Buttons , Dialogs etc shall be changed to Sinhala
