The only page-specific edit notice defined, for [[bn:Project:অধিকারের আবেদন]], seems to be functioning fine. The setup of a system as described at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Editnotices is not complete (the necessary "loader" is only installed in [[bn:MediaWiki:Editnotice-0]] and [[bn:MediaWiki:Editnotice-7]]), but that's a local wiki issue.
