But only if you set one of the timestamps. That's why there are such
timestamps. If you don't set them, you make clear that you don't care. In case
of notifyUploaders and listRequestSubpage, it really doesn't matter.

I agree with Liangent that the API should try to re-apply appendtext or
prependtext. But this is nothing critical as client side logic can handle this.
It is just unexpected behaviour.
