For information purposes, it would be appreciable to have a magic word
returning the number of stable pages. Following the parameters available at
[[Special:StablePages]], this would give something like :
{{NUMBEROFSTABLEPAGES|namespace|restriction|indefiniteonly=yes}}
where the later parameter is optional.
I requested the same for protected pages in bug 49659.
