I'm also doubtful this is actually an attempt at making a "pages that work on both desktop and mobile", (You know, due to how it explodes if used on the desktop...) However, there's 255 bytes worth of space to play with, and many words in the english language. Even if we don't want to use the word mobile we've got: Special:AltUploadFormThatShowsRecentUploads Special:YetAnotherUploadForm Special:QuickUpload Special:DonateImages (Wasn't that what it used to be called? Nothing wrong with that name) Special:UploadMedia (Kind of close, but at least not mistakable) etc Note, the name of the special page does not have to be the name in the <title> element, or the top header of the page.
