Detail view image is very pixelated on a Kindle Fire 1st-gen (Android 2.3.x
variant, 1024x600 mdpi screen).
I suspect that due to the size blocking in our thumbnail fetching, we're
grabbing a 320px-wide image instead of 600px, and it's pretty blurry scaled up.
Rounding up instead of down would give us 640px which would look nicer.
