Click "Page settings", enter "hello" for the default sort key, click "Apply
changes".
Click "Page settings", clear the default sort key, click "Apply changes".
Review your changes. VisualEditor wants to insert "{{DEFAULTSORT:}}" into the
page. I don't think we want this behavior.
