after upgrading to MW 1.21.0 we have a problem when creating a page with
Semantic Forms using #forminput with "popup" parameter like
{{#forminput:form=xxx|popup}}
The Pop Up window appears but it is "overlayed by a frame" of the wiki start
page (logo icon, left sidebar). I could reproduce it on a 2nd wiki. I guess
it's a bug due to changes in MW 1.2
I use the default vector skin.
I can't see JavaScript errors so far (Firebug).
