The listwidget format was working in previous builds on 1.9a, but in the last
several pulls (sorry, I'm not sure when it stopped working) the following error
is output in JS console (in Safari)
TypeError: 'undefined' is not a function (evaluating 'sortKey.toLowerCase()')
