Also, it was generic for messages, not only about page translation; and TUX is not available for individual messages for now, so a link would not be possible. We've already accumulated three options: 1) restore old behaviour, 2) remove completely, 3) transform in a link to the new interface or something else which is going to stay. So this bug is getting a bit confused, what is the actual problem and use case?
