Steps to replicate:
(1)Click "Edit" and make some change
(2)Click "Save page". The cursor is now blinking in the "Describe what you
changed" box.
(3)Click on another dialogue box, such as the WP search box. The cursor now
blinks there.
(4) Click back into "Describe what you changed". Bupkis.
