Trying to use Special:RevisionDelete on file archives (&type=filearchive)
produces a blank page - presumably this equates to a PHP fatal that's being
hidden from view on WMF wikis. Being able to oversight filearchive details is
relevant to a current incident on oversight-l, and requires speedy fixing.
