* Translation: namespace to have subpages, talk pages to default
* Translation namespace will be content namespace (wgContentNamespaces)
* Translation namespace to be added to default sort
(wgNamespacesToBeSearchedDefault)
We wish to use a namespace that may be able to be reserved/stable for use
across all the Wikisources, if they replicate what we have done. At the moment
I see across the WSes, stuff all the way up to ns 113 in use on other WS ns, so
advice on that from the tech community would be appreciated
