On the english Wikipedia, I am unable to mark certain pages (for example, .223
Wylde and .44 Remington Centerfire) as patrolled, despite the fact that they
appear in the New Page Patrol feed as unreviewed.
The 'mark as patrolled' link does not appear at the bottom of the page, and the
Page Curation tool does not appear.
