Footnotes containing templates, such as:
<ref>{{anytemplate|...}}</ref>
Don't work when exported in PDF with the "Download as PDF" function.
The [1], [2]... symbols appear, but there is no corresponding footnote in the
References section of the PDF file.
Try for example to Download as PDF http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jonathan_Sykes.
Many people noticed this with different combinations of browser, wikipedia
language, article and templates.
