Would be nice, when $wgCaptchaWhitelist can contain tools.wmflabs.org (maybe
with all subdomains) to allow adding this links without a captcha (see bug 9309
for toolserver.org).
For scripts from bots.wmflabs.org/tools.wmflabs.org it would be nice to be
excluded from resolving captchas. Looks like $wgCaptchaWhitelistIP needs the
public ip from wmflabs.org to reach this, toolserver was already added (bug
23982)
