Screenshot of problem.
When an annotation is applied to a word that (with the current line wrap, which
may change on resize) is at the end of a line, putting the cursor in that word
results in the inspector showing up in the wrong position. It is positioned on
the left of the next line instead of the right of the current line.
Interestingly, when selecting the entire word (double click) this doesn't
happen.
