Observed on iPhone 4/OS 6.1.3 in Safari.
In beta on the mobile site, log in and visit the Uploads link with a fresh
account (never uploaded to Commons before). You will see the Uploads tutorial,
as expected. However, if you tap on the forward chevron to start the tutorial,
the animation goes berserk, flipping forward and back between the pages,
loading bits and pieces of random content overlapping or missing chunks, etc.,
and there's no way out except via browser back.
