It has happened to me several times that after a simple edition VisualEditor or
Parsoid breaks the "</ref>}}" at the end of a reference template. I still don't
know which is the pattern, but at least this time I realized it:

Other times a second editor had to come after me fixing the broken template. In
the preview before saving everything looks fine.
