When VisualEditor is enabled there is no option to enable ULS, where I could
type in Odia in the search bar using ULS.
When VIsualEditor is enabled there typing is possible only in English. There is
no option to change the language using ULS where as it works normally in the
search bar. I have tested it for Odia Wikipedia for the article on Colombo:
https://or.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colombo on Mac OS X 10.7.5 using browser Firefox
