The video File:Republica 2013 - Ai Weiwei.ogv on commons does not play when
using both |start= and |end= parameters, sample:

. The video is not shown and the error message reads: "Error creating
thumbnail: Invalid thumbnail parameters or image file with more than 12.5
million pixels"
This worked fine previously and still does on de.wiki:
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ai_Weiwei#Leben
It works for me on en.wiki if I remove either the start or end parameter.
