Recently on nl:Wikipedia we had three new checkusers; two of those are not
sysops. This might in some cases be problematic where they have to check the
authors of deleted posts. Therefore I would like to ask whether the checkuser
group can get the rights "browsearchive" and "deletedhistory" added. Thanks in
advance.
There has been no formal vote on this change, but in an informal one at

the outcome was 11-0 in favor.
