--- Comment #2 from Jared Zimmerman (WMF) <[email protected]> --- With the rollout of Flow (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Flow) complex freeform signatures containing styling will be demphasized in many workflows, and comments signing will be automatic as it is a part of the reply and thread objects. We would like to move toward a system where there is less ambiguity between the names by which users are known to each other, to reduce confusion, especially from new users not familiar with the practice of user names being completely different than a persons name in their signature.
