I noticed that the id= attributes in the kiwix-generated library.xml file are
the UUID of the zim file as contained in the zim file header.
However, it appears there is a quirk in the library.xml that causes the third
group of the UUID to be repeated? Is there a reason for this, or is it just a
bug?
