There should be an edit notice whenever someone tries to use VE which says
something like "Slower computers or users trying to use older markup should try
editing in the older Editor." and link to the older editor. Otherwise we're
directly cutting off plenty of editors who can't figure it out, and would have
relatively slow internet.
P.S. My internet is slow enough to not give a satisfactory VE experience, and I
consider myself to have decent Indian speed internets
