On the bar at the top, I see a triangle with an exclamation point and "1
notice". Below that it says "Page notice", but this is simply a redlink to:
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Editnotices/Page/Classified_information_in_the_United_States&action=edit&redlink=1
Apparently there is no actual page notice and this is firing spuriously?
