In Chrome or FF:
* Increase magnification view in the browser until the Media/References/etc.
UIs take up bigger real estate. Issue was reported at 125% view.
* Scroll down the page until the page moves up behind the VE toolbar.
* Click Media/References/etc to bring up the dialog for that feature
VE toolbar is on top of the tool UI, making it difficult or impossible to use
the Media/References/etc. tool. See screen shot.
