After upgrade from semantic mediawiki 1.4.2 to 1.4.3 the labels of attributes,
that contain umlauts (äöüß) in the attribute names, are not displayed in
the "Special:Browse" page.

Repair function in "admin functions for semantic mediawiki" executed with no
effect.
