We should implement either a preprocessor or bot pass to work around the
limitations listed in http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Parsoid/limitations.
From a UX perspective a bot pass seems to be preferable, as clean-ups and edits
are clearly separated and users are not confronted with difficult questions or
unexpected diffs.
