Again, what's the bug? What is a "mutation"? How should Wikidata know that two
articles in two different languages belong together? This must be done by a
user by "adding" the missing links. "Enriching" Wikidata is done by "adding
links" to existing items (with either the popup or directly at Wikidata) or by
creating new items (which can't be done with the popup but will be easier when
bug 49105 is deployed to the Wikipedia projects; you can also use the "Page
information" for now).

I asked multiple times for the exact steps how to reproduce your issue. As long
as you are not able to do this this leads nowhere. I'm closing this now.
