            Bug ID: 50594
Summary: Moving a reference by cut/paste doesn't work
           Product: VisualEditor
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Unprioritized
         Component: Editing Tools
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected], [email protected],
                    [email protected]
    Classification: Unclassified
   Mobile Platform: ---

When I cut out a reference (by Ctrl-X or other) and paste it somewhere else
(Ctrl-V), only the apparent text is pasted (e.g. "[8]") but the underlying
reference is gone. When I try to move the reference by point&click (holding the
reference and moving it by mouse), nothing happens at all, i.e. the reference
stays where it is.

I had this issue when I tried to move a reference to the correct text bit it
was supporting (in the article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Aznavour in
the intro section, if you are wondering).

Thanks for looking into this!
