It seems that when you select the option "Group changes by page in recent changes and watchlist" in your preferences, then the "Show Wikidata" option vanishes from the recent changes page, and even if you follow the direct link (like I just provided it in the first post) then you still don't get the Wikidata edits. I tested this on a different browsers and with my bot's account. I also tried this on en.wiki, so it seems that this is really a cross-wiki bug.
