Please move the "Enable feedback" link to cactions (e.g. after protect tab).
It's very confusing in the toolbox and at first I though it was some strange
bug. (why is it taking me to action=protect)
I see that managing feedback is stuffed together with page protection, so I
sort of understand the link. Same time it's still confusing and an awkwardly
located link.
