When attempting to push patchset3 to https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/71610/
I somehow managed to unwittingly merge
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/58464/
When then trying to do the same the patchset was correctly pushed to gerrit.
