When creating pages via the API, it could be beneficial to optionally have
access to prefilled text that is shown to users when editing through web
interface. For example, this happens when creating a page in MediaWiki:
namespace, or proofreading using the ProofreadPage extension (uses the
EditFormPreloadText hook).
