Using latest Chrome (26.0 and 27.0) on Windows 7, mathjax.js isn't being
triggered on this page for example:
http://www.pretenshn.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=C1_Algebra_and_Functions
Mathjax on other (non-mediawiki) pages works fine in the same browser.
The above page renders correctly in IE8 on the same machine and in Chrome for
iOS and Android.
