When hidden categories are shown on pages, there is a label
"Hidden category/ies:" in front of them.
I suggest to make this a link to either:
- the category of hidden categories, or
- a new special page listing hidden categories only
somewhat in analogy to the link to Special:Categeries
for the categories that are not hidden.
