Please add fonts for Armenian language in USL
I suggest two font schemes
1)
Sans & main = Arian AMU (arnamu.ttf in attached zip file)
Serif = Arian AMU Serif (arnamu_serif.ttf in attachment)
Mono = DejaVu Sans Mono (DejaVuSansMono.ttf in attachment)
2)
Sans & main = DejaVu Sans
Serif = DejaVu Serif
Mono = DejaVu Sans mono
Arian AMU is a well established, widely used (in Armenia of course), hinted
font, and I suggest it as a first option, and to be turned on by default.
Fonts use a free license of their own, which can be found here

DejaVu fonts are quite known in FLOSS world. I'm slightly afraid what we have
SVG renderer at commons.wikimedia.org is not the latest version.
Latest version can be found at

It is critical to use latest 2.33 version, when we talk about Armenian glyphs
on DejaVu fonts.
I've included all fonts from both font families, in attachment, for your
convinience.
