The bug only happens in the second one. I think the problem that I reported comes out because of the language conversion of Chinese Wikipedia. The TemplateData only works on zh, but not any variant of Chinese (e.g. zh-hans, zh-hant, zh-tw, zh-cn, zh-hk, zh-sg, zh-mo).
