When editing a page that includes a Transcluded template which was done by hand
in Wikitext (before the implementation of VE), clicking the Transclusion button
shows the parameters using the hard coded name even though TemplateData exists
for the parameter now.
I have to remove the parameter and then re-select it from the list and enter
the text for it to appear using the TemplateData description in the params
list.
