Observed inconsistency
When an input methods is selected in the downdown menu, there can be a
different description displayed next to the keyboard icon. This inconsistency
should not occur.
In case of the screenshot, it would be expected that the active input method
displayed next to the keyboard icon is in Oriya script, not "Odia Phonetic" in
Latin script.
This expectation also goes for the "larger" input methods menu in ULS.
