When editing Taza, I note that the {{Infobox Weather/concise C}} template
overlaps the {{Infobox settlement}} template, obscuring it sufficiently that
one would not be able to see errors that would need to be edited. I also note
that the "location dot" on the infobox map shifts very significantly when in
edit mode, with the location name overlapping the legend, and the co-ordinates

(I am unsure if the overlapping issue is related to the jumping dot, but it
seems to me it might be, so keeping this intact in one report.)
