QRpedia is a software solution allowing to display localised Wikipedia article
by scanning a QRcode.

QRpedia was a private project which was transferred to Wikimedia UK chapter a
few months ago:

WMUK wants to use Wikimedia software development infrastructure to host and
continue the development of the software solution.
This is why, on behalf of WMUK, I make here the request to:
* Open a new "QRpedia" product in the Bugzilla
* Create a new QRpedia git repository base on the old one
