Can the review log include a link and basic timestamp/editor information, on
reviewed revisions.

Rationale: if this were done then duplicated links in the enwiki test wiki
could be removed cleaning up the interface considerably (the logs and the list
of reviewed revisions would no longer both be needed in some places). It also
makes sense on its own merit, since it's basically just asking that review log
entries be linked to the revisions they reference.
This is a pure interface issue (the text written to the log); if it could be
done quickly if agreeable, then it could immediately help the current test wiki
by allowing the interface to be simplified. Hence this request (which is
hopefully very easy).
