Somehow there is only one page-save-success event for the "returnto" funnel on
enwiki, in the latest log (GettingStartedNavbar_5588671).
This log has been the canonical one since 2013-06-20 so there should be loads
of events. There are 797 page-save-success events not in the returnto funnel,
so we're logging saves elsewhere.
May be related to bug 50204?
