I can't figure out if this is a good or bad thing, but thought I'd highlight it
anyway.
On the minus side it's about the only place that lists diffs that you can't
click through to show/hide directly (eg if the edit summary is clearly improper
to delete it).
On the plus side it would be one more thing to fit into the watchlist and you
can always open the diff if needed to show/hide it.
Hightlighting to check whether or not it's desired, as opposed to an accidental
omission.
