Currentlym the message is defined as
'abusefilter-edit-done' => "You have successfully saved your changes to filter
$1."
I suggest changing it to something like
'abusefilter-edit-done' => "You have successfully saved
[[Special:Filtro_de_abusos/history/$1/diff/prev/$2|your changes]] to
[[Special:AbuseFilter/$1|filter $1]]."
where $2 corresponds to the id of the new version of the filter.
