not sure if this pertains to some or all users:
Many users (including self) report that they do not see the "Gadgets" tab in
preferences on hewiki after 1.22wmf9 upgrade.
The gadgets themselves are not functioning.
code in master and personal common.js (and skin.js) seems to be working fine.
experienced same problem myself on arwiki, not sure if the problem there is
general.
